Our Journey
We trace our roots to 2014 and to the smart kitchen of the young spirited entrepreneur Flavian Quadros, who navigated into the intricacies of cooking and catering from a successful stint in the healthcare and corporate world. Flavian is a large-hearted chef who enjoys experimenting with herbs & spices and a host of indigenous and unique ingredients to create generous helpings of multi-course meals. Under her able guidance, a team of seasoned chefs and mixologists work in tandem to offer intriguingly eclectic food experiences.
Since the time of our inception, we have grown manifold to embrace corporate catering, events & parties, and have hereby sharpened our focus into the glitz and glamour of weddings. We believe weddings provide the perfect platform which allows chefs to experiment, innovate and create gourmet magic.
Over the years, we have so far catered to over — guests, including celebrities like Rahul Dravid, AR Rahman, Neeti Mohan, Udit Narayan, Sunidhi Chauhan and Alka Yagnik; with one of our major milestones having been serving 6, 000 guests on a single day!

Banquet18’s menu options are so unique and Flavian innovates and experiments with flavours and combinations of various ingredients. The best part of Banquet18 is that leftover food is given to orphanages as they are sensitive to social causes.
