We trace our roots to 2014 and to the smart kitchen of the young spirited entrepreneur Flavian Quadros, who navigated into the intricacies of cooking and catering from a successful stint in the healthcare and corporate world. Flavian is a large-hearted chef who enjoys experimenting with herbs & spices and a host of indigenous and unique ingredients to create generous helpings of multi-course meals. Under her able guidance, a team of seasoned chefs and mixologists work in tandem to offer intriguingly eclectic food experiences.
